Loyalty rules

Rules decide when a customer earns a reward. The rule marked “Main card” drives the stamp card and its banner.

Printed cards keep their old text. If you change the main rule, reprint them.

Customer serial numbers

Each customer has one serial number. Once assigned it stays fixed and is used on every entry; only the admin can change it. Serial numbers are always unique.

Offers & passes

Prepaid passes the customer pays for at the counter (for example 10 breakfasts). Customers see the active offers and their terms on their card.

Outside these days and hours staff see a warning when they use the pass, but they can still confirm it.

Choices the customer can pick from
